Wednesday night the young women and young men got together to carve pumpkins and have some fun.  Kaitlin did hers with a spider web and a spider and won this award that night!  I meant to take a pic earlier in the week and her pumpkin died a quick death on the front porch already and wasn't so pretty anymore... so you'll just have to take my word for it that it was great!

Too bad we didn't get to see it. Someone told me once if you coat the cut surfaces with vaseline, they last longer, but I've never tried it. I guess the inside too. Maybe worth a try next time. Congrats Kaitlin!
