Emmys 1st Mothers Day School Gift...

She came home sooooooo excited to have a gift for me...  But, she didn't really understand that meant she had to actually "GIVE" it to me!   She held onto that picture for dear life all day!  Then, when Oma came that night and for the weekend, Emmy gave it to her to take home to her house!  Very sweet:)

Mothers Day 2012...

Oma & Opa got to visit for Mothers Day this year!  They got here Friday and went to the kids carnival at the school with them and eveyone got painted and tatooed!  We went to the waterfall and ate ice cream, looked at some cool old cars, and spent lots of time together.  Oma had been working on beautiful dresses for the little girls to wear when we are sealed in the temple!  She brought them to try on and the girls LOVED them!  Dancing happened... LOTS of dancing!  We are so blessed to have SUCH talented MOMS!   We had a great visit and I believe got the R&R they deserved too!

A "gift" from my hubby!   He always knows just what to get me! :)  I had asked him to run the store for ranch packets for a crockpot dinner I was throwing together for that night!  Was a cute and thoughtful note:)

One morning before school Maddie wrote nice notes for everyone to start their day on the right foot!  She always does cute notes like this and I love that about her!  Kaitlin was already at semminary, but here is what she wrote for the rest of the gang...

I got 2...  "I love ya Bun", refers to by messy bun atop my head!  and, she loves me!!!  I have to say this definitly started my day nicely!

Tawna and Nathan do such a great job every year putting together a fantastic dinner for all of our siblings and parents as a christmas gift!  This year was awesome!  We dressed in 80's gear, ate at  a gourmet nacho bar, watched Back to the Future with fun movie candy and popcorn and answered trivia!!!  Thanks to them for such a fun party!!!!  :)
